No public price list — an offer for your property
Tell us about your property: we come back to you with a rate proposal, to be agreed before anything goes live.
Conversational AI agents are optional and not included in the commission: they run on prepaid credit, billed at the real cost of the model calls.
There is no public price list. The rate is specific to each property: it is agreed with the sales agent who looks after you, or directly with AtlasResa, then written into your contract. One rate, applied to every completed stay.
On the completed stays checking out during the month. A booking cancelled before arrival is not counted. An absent guest is declared a no-show within 48 hours of the scheduled arrival; without a declaration, the stay counts as completed. A no-show penalty paid by card is commissioned.
A monthly statement is issued automatically at the start of the month, in Moroccan dirhams, listing the commissioned stays. It is payable within 30 days, by bank transfer or cheque, and exports to your accounting.
