Who publishes this site.

AtlasResa is the trade name of the business carried on by Mohamed Moutaouakkil as an auto-entrepreneur, the Moroccan sole-proprietor status established by Law no. 114-13. It is not a company: the activity is carried on in the owner's own name, with no share capital and no separate legal personality.

Contracts, invoices and official documents are therefore issued in the name of the individual, AtlasResa being the name of the product. Incorporation as a Moroccan SARL is planned; this page will be updated on registration.

The code, text, visuals, trademark and visual identity of AtlasResa are protected. Any reproduction or reuse, in whole or in part, without written permission is prohibited.

The names, logos and content of client hotels remain the property of those hotels; they are displayed only with their consent and for the purposes of the service.

This site is governed by Moroccan law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
